CAKE BATTER :
Measurement cup - 200 ml = 130 gms

Dry Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour(atta) –1 1/2 cup (195gms)
Fine Sugar or Jaggery Powder – 1 cup(143gms)
Cocoa powder – 1/4th cup(21gms)
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Custard powder or Cornflour – 1 tbsp

Wet Ingredients:
Hot water – 1 1/4th cup(288ml)
Olive Oil or Refined Oil – 1/4th cup(50ml)
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Coffee powder – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Steps:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.Make a cavity.
2. Mix all the wet ingredients in the cavity.
3. Fold gently till all mixed. Don’t Over-mix the cake batter.
4. Bake in a preheated oven @180*C for 45 mins.
