If you're sleep deprived you're not building any muscle anyways

You should absolutely be taking Omega 3 for your joint health, even if it doesn’t directly lead to muscle growth. If your joints fail: no more lifting, no more muscle.

Cmon. Vitamins B, D, omega-3 and several others should be on the list. Thumbs down on caffeine. It’s not a nutrient that helps your nerves. It’s an addictive stimulant. Love your posts, but this one is off the mark.

Ive been taking creatine for a while and im not sure if im even a responder, which is even more sad when you take into account that caffeine (even 200mg in a pre) has ZERO effect on me either!!

Creatine does wonders I was having trouble benching 180 & literally went next day after taking creatine & did 5 reps 😳 I felt like it gave me superhuman strength

Thanks for the suggestion. This is helpful. I use the caffeine from green tea or ginseng as a pre-workout booster. Then I use magnesium (helps with bloating), potassium and zinc post work out because I want to keep it natural and build lean muscles. Creatine bulks me up too much. My go-to protein shake for breakfast is from Ka'Chava. It is a complete meal.

My creatine jar is almost empty. Since i used it i haven't noticed any difference in performance nor in my own physique. Does that mean i don't respond to it?

For health and wellness purposes, i take vitamin d and k2 combined, zinc and cod liver oil. I also sometimes take betaine HCL and enzymes when I eat really big meals to aid in digestion. For fitness purposes, I take good quality whey, creatine, caffeine and sometimes ginseng shots. I take other supplements like NAC or DIM, but thats only on occasion.
