I don't think you need 'micrometer precision' when woodworking. So no, that's not a justification of the Woodpecker price tag.

Do they have a made in India or Mexico version for like $9.99?

I bought a guide rail for my track for 15 bucks, nothing to complaing about it, good quality aluminium and its square. Seems to be a copy of benchdog's guide rail MK1, a bit small but the "normal size" one is like 25 to 35 bucks. A pair of paralel guides is like 80 bucks

I bought the GOINGMAKE t squares from Amazon. They are amazing accuracy. (Mine are anyway) I bought 5 sizes and are square. Even has better options. GOINGMAKE has some great options on other tools also at a beginner’s budget.

No thanks, I’ll go with Temu. Screw Woodpecker and its outrageous prices

The only reason anyone is buying woodpeckers is a money flex or some YTuber shilled hard enough to convince them they needed an overpriced alumuminum square

Quality work requires quality tools, imo.

You can quite literally tell in the sound of his voice he’s struggling to justify the woodpecker but they paid him for the video 🤣

There is a bigger price for everyone if we all keep buying Chinese. You can find good classic cabinet makers t squares and simple steel rulers at a reasonable price. New or second hand. I bet mr Thomas Chippendale made his own tools. The first workshop tasks most engineer apprentices do is learn to make tools.

Woodpecker is too proud of their product. "But, it's made in America" is overused and meaningless.

All of china conspired to rip off something?
I hate titles like this.

Thumbs down.
