Scrambled pancakes recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:

- Using a spatula, cut the pancake into quarters or smaller pieces, then flip them over.
- Continue cooking, breaking the pancake into smaller pieces and flipping them until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 more minutes.
