I used to enjoy chicken feet when I lived in Toronto but I havenโt had them in years. I remember surprising myself by actually trying them out and they soon became my favourite. Whenever I would go out with friends Iโd order chicken feet because I knew Iโd be the only person eating them. ๐

fun fact, here in Guangdong (or maybe south in general) we tented to use the dish as rubbish dish(or "bone dish"/้ชจ็ข) but in the north people would use the plate to be filled with food (meat/veggies/etc.)
also i will always bit the first bit of each finger because in old days some restaurants won't cut the nail part but nowadays it should be no nails on them in most of the places
