The Cowal Peninsula in the West of Scotland is breathtaking. So much to see and do in this area, it makes for an action packed trip!

Jubilee Point, Loch Eck: the most amazing picnic, wild dipping, paddleboard spot.

Puck’s Glen: a 2-mile loop along the most magical fern covered Glen I’ve ever seen!

Dunoon beach: head to Dunoon for a nostalgic seaside town with cute cafes and gorgeous coastline.

Forest Pod, Stratheck Holiday Park: one of the coolest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in… including hot tub and outdoor terrace to sit and enjoy!! Perfect location to enjoy all these activities. Lots more details in my Stratheck stories highlight.

Beinn Narnain: one of two Munros you can hike to from the same car park with the most amazing views over Loch Long. A serious undertaking, but worth the effort. You can also hike the famous Cobbler mountain from here!

Paddleboarding Loch Eck: the most dreamy spot to get on the water and so quiet! Like I said, if paddleboarding isn’t your thing, it’s a great wild swimming Loch too please always keep safety in mind

Not in the reel: I also hopped on a ferry to Bute from Colintraive! The ferry takes 5 mins and you can see one of Scotland’s beautiful islands. How cool?!
