💐Пропорция на 12 штук :
Молоко 400мл
Мука 550гр
Шепотка соды
Растительное масло 4 ст.л
Соль 1/2 ч.л
💐Начинка :
Творог 9% -450гр
Сыр 300 гр
Зелень по вкусу
💐Соединяем все ингредиенты и замешиваем тесто . Делим его на части формируем клубочки (получается около 12 штук). Каждый раскатываем тонко, кладём начинку и обжариваем с двух сторон на сухой сковородке. Готовый конвертик смазываем сливочным маслом с двух сторон.
