|Dhokla Batter|
1 1/2 cup Besan (chickpea Flour)
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
Salt according to taste
1 Pouch of ENO Fruit Salt
Transfer this quickly into the container.
|For Tadka|
1tbsp Oil
Few Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
3-4 Slit Green Chillies
1/4tbsp Asfoetida (hing)
2tbsp Sugar
1 cup water
Steam it on Medium-High Flame for 20-25 minutes till toothpick comes out clean.
Let the Tadka cool down completely before adding it to the Dhokla.
Make sure your Dhokla is at room temperature.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
