I am doing this all the time. With smaller candles I got my self a set of 6 glasses. No waste! So: No fridge. Only hot water and a powerful anti grease. Put the glass candle in hot water, throw the mix. Than Let it stay for a wile, with hot water, wash, repeat if needed. Don't throw the mix in the sink. Use paper towels and throw them in the garbage. Only when the glass is clean enough you can use the sink to wash thoroughly..
