We have a close-in of your torso, but what happens with ypur hands and cord is impossible to see...

it would have been good to have it on camera. I would like to have seen what you were actually doing!

What is the benefit of this “over/under” technique? The video cuts off before any reason is provided.

Over under is the only way. I'm an audio guy, so all of the audio cables are over under. Extension cords, especially 12 gauge 100' cables can tear your arm off, especially when we have ten 100' cables to wrap. BUT, I've tried all the other wrapping techniques, and while they are easier to do, they are inefficient as far as space for storage. They also mangle the cable, and not training the cable to lay flat, and keeping the copper healthy.

I have a spool that i roll my cords up with and it does a fine job of keeping it untangled and from twisting but i will try this the next time i roll one up. Bad video btw. Cuts off in the middle of the demonstration and not a good view either
