Recipe❤
Steamed Egg
1. Mix two eggs with 100ml of water, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
2. Strain it if you want it softer
3. Microwave for 2 minutes. Check the egg and if it’s still watery MIX IT and microwave for 30 more seconds. repeat, do not straight microwave for more than 1 minute, then the top part will get hard
Egg and Rice
1. Cook rice
2. Fry 2 eggs
3. Serve it with soy sauce and sesame oil, optionally with seaweed and chili oil
Egg drop soup
1. In a saucepan, heat the chicken or vegetable broth until it's gently simmering.
2. Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a smooth paste.
3. While the broth is simmering, slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup gently. The eggs will form ribbons as they cook.
4. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Gradually add the cornstarch paste to the soup while stirring. This will thicken the soup. Adjust the thickness as desired by adding more or less of the cornstarch mixture.
6. Once the soup is heated through and thickened, remove it from the heat.
7. Ladle the Egg Drop Soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions if you like.

I am not trying to lose weight even tho my grandma would love that since if I gain a little bit of weight that month she will point it out and complain so I feel like I'm never skinny enough. These days my self esteem is very bad bc of depression so I don't like diet content, it makes me worse. But I am trying to eat healthier since I have a stomach issue since I was little, and I really love healthy foods but don't know recepies that I can try myself! So even tho I get thrown back when I heard weight lost, I'm glad I gave your channel a second chance and didn't scrow pasted because I love the receipe ideas
