My sister and I got to see them again in Charlotte. I remembered crying so much throughout the entire OKO concert 2 years ago because of how much it resonated with all the heartache we'd gone through at that time. I'd expected to react similarly to TMM live, and while I did get emotional at times, it was an entirely different feeling. Jack's speech leading up to the finale was just everything that needed to be said and what I think many of us can relate to, and then to have such a climactic ending was so incredibly emotionally cathartic...
AJR just keeps getting better and better with every album, and their concerts are on such another theatrical level. I can't say enough just how incredibly proud of them I am. As they grow and evolve of artists and as people, so do we. It truly sets them apart and makes them all the more special. Thank you guys, for all the hard work you do and all the joy you bring us. 💖
