Workplace accommodations for autistic employees are not often costly or time-consuming. The challenge is that most employers haven't invested in education on accommodations and the needs of autistic workers.

Sylvain is looking forward to going back to school for a career that suits him as a visual learner. In the meantime, he’s been lucky with an employer that’s happy to give him written instructions as an accommodation.

I so relate to working in corporate environmets as one example. I worked in a non profit but it felt corporate and i didnt do well. Appreciate your story
