ek ache time table ke shuruat theek time pe sone se jyada theek time pe uthne se hoti h kuki jab alarm snooz hota h to utha nhi jata :)

complete sleep cycles - 6 hrs
sleep for 6.5 hrs
ex. 11.30 (lights off) to 6 (alarm)
