Shower niche sill tip…I applied mortar inside the niche then back notch troweled the tile. This allowed me to pitch the tile yet make it level left to right. I also used a toothbrush (not my personal one, ha) to clean the miter joint. The most important part of the sill is to have the waterproofing under the tile pitched. I'm sure you did but just wanted to put that out there.

You tape and foam all your edges πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ never in my life have a chipped my own tile , you must spend a year and a half on just 1 shower and the gap between the miter you can fit a whole spacer in there that's not a miter that's lords tooth gap going on the
