We shouldn’t have to disclose our medical information such as mental health issues/learning disability in order to keep our job and not be bullied. How about they just treat us all with respect. Why is Someone without a disability an automatic target for abuse? The mental strain that I went through at my last job caused me to be physically Ill all the time. I was constantly on pins and needles. This affects work performance. The employer is fully protected under the law right now. It should be illegal to impede someone’s ability to do their job. It should be illegal to harass and bully someone until they quit or get fired affecting that persons ability to earn a living and pay their bills.

Moderate to severe bullying in workplaces absolutely should be illegal. The trauma it can cause is worse than homelessness, which is saying a lot because I was homeless at one point, for a couple years actually. And the stress from bullying in a workplace I was at was worse than homelessness. I am not kidding. They're messing with the targets livelihood. This is a threat to survival. People need to demand a change. No one should have to go through that just because they are trying to work to pay bills.
