Urban decay is a real thing, and there totally ARE straight up whole neighborhoods in cities where NOBODY lives because it's so bad there.
This is not to knock on the people who are forced to live in those areas, for one any reason. I'm just saying, that's not the kind of place where someone orders a pizza.
