I've lost 70lbs drinking premier portein in 1.5 years. I drink 1-2 a day. It keeps me full and helps me hit my needed daily protein. Its a supplement to my diet. I also drink isopure protein costco also sells there. Im in the best shape of my life. I definately eat chciken daily, veggies, avoid fried foods, and calorie count. Work out 5 days a week. Obesity is a symptom of excess daily calorie intake.
