Here’s my advice: yes, work on your sleep schedule. For me, the more I stress about my sleep schedule, the more I struggle. I take comfort knowing that it might suck for the first week getting up early, but my body will adjust quickly and get used to the new routine. Any way you do it, you’ll do great! You got this!
