I have never managed to visualize before bed. I end up half-visualizing and half-dreaming, and waking up several times feeling like I wasn’t “finished.” Morning comes and I’m exhausted because I didn’t sleep well. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like I waste the “state akin to sleep” every night— missed opportunities!

This is so true!! If one can master visualisation and be relentless at it as they are with affirmation then they would get their manifestations way sooner. There’s not much effort with “day dreaming” and if u return to it every single time then you’re maintaining the state in a natural effortless way. People who say they can’t visualise actually could if they only exercise their minds to do so.

In my opinion, not quite correct my friend. I've been a follower of yours from your very first video and want to preface this comment with gratitude for what you do. You and Athena are two of only a tiny handful of people on social media who teach the Law of Assumption correctly, but I think you have this just slightly wrong. However, this is just my understanding of this experiment and maybe I am wrong.
I don't think Neville is teaching that affirmations don't work as well as visualisations in this experiment. He is teaching that whatever you assume to be true is true no matter what technique you've used to assume it, affirmations or visualisations. When you're saying I won't climb a ladder, you're not seeing yourself standing at the foot of a ladder saying "no I'm not gonna climb this ladder." You're instead saying the words but in your inner world you're remembering the 'assumption' that you held whilst falling asleep in the scene of climbing a ladder. You are, in fact still thinking about climbing a ladder no matter the words you say throughout the day. Neville, as you know, taught how important mental diet is, and he spoke on repeating phrases - affirmations, he also taught the lullaby method. He knew the importance of words but was proving that you can say what you like but if your assumptions do not change then nothing changes. You assumed you were climbing a ladder, you then did not assume you were not climbing a ladder, you remained in the state of climbing a ladder, even though your words are saying I will not climb a ladder. The subconscious mind doesn't hear "not" "no" it hears "climb ladder".
I would be interested in people flipping it. Create a scene in which you're refusing to climb a ladder, but all day say "I will climb the ladder." My guess is you will find yourself climbing a ladder. Why? Because you would have caused a mental miscarriage as Neville would say. Your words this time throughout the day will change your assumption, they will overide your visualisation. You will constantly be assuming yourself to be climbing the ladder.
So affirmations and visualisations are both equal parts of changing your assumptions. How to know when your assumptions have changed, your inner dialogue naturally changes, your inner pictures naturally change. How to change your assumptions, change your inner dialogue, change your inner pictures. They are both intrinsically connected.
For me, visualisations are my favourite tool, but you can visualise on something all day and if you're still assuming the opposite, then the opposite is what you'll get.
This is why Neville asks us to go into the silence and let the old man die. That clean slate can then take on new assumptions, then visualise it or then affirm for it, whichever works best for you and then remain faithful to that new assumption, persist in that new assumption until it hardens into fact. 😊
