This comes together in minutes and needs minimal efforts, and mess free making it your next favorite dish 🌶️ its perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in, this recipe doesn’t disappoint! 😋

🛒 Ingredients:
Tikka Ingredients:
400g paneer (cubed)
1 big onion (cut into chunks)
1 bell pepper (any color, cubed) - we only had red but would have loved to add green so you can take 2 or substitute with any other veggies of your choice too.
For Marinade:
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp gram flour
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp amchur (mango) powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves, crushed)
2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1 tbsp oil
Juice of 1 lemons 🍋 or 2 limes
🍲 Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade 🥣
In a bowl, whisk yogurt and gram flour until smooth.
Add all the spices, oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a rich, flavorful marinade.
2️⃣ Marinate the Paneer & Veggies 🧀🌶️
Add paneer, onion, and bell pepper to the marinade.
Sprinkle in crushed kasuri methi and give everything a good mix. Ensure all pieces are well-coated.
3️⃣ Cook the Tikka 🔥
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 290°C (254°F).
Arrange the marinated paneer and veggies evenly on a tray or skewers.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even char.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy 🌿
Serve hot with a side of refreshing coriander-mint chutney or ketchup. Happy cooking! 🪄
