Forgings are generally stronger than CNC parts. I am saying this as a machinist.

"USING CNC TECHNOLOGY!"
Perfect example of a salesperson not knowing what the heck he's talking about.

ā€œIt uses your core strengthā€
What a great sales pitch. You could sell so many shovels and axes with that one.

This is just wood, I didnā€™t patent the wood, but I did patent this cut made with table saw technology.

I checked the price as I could really use a tool like this...$325??? You've got to be kidding me, I would have guessed $70-$115. I think its way over priced.

This dude never dug, milled, or drilled a hole in his life lmao.

Iā€™m sure itā€™s fine strength wise for normal use, but damn are those some ugly ass welds that they painted over haha

I love the phrase "cnc technology" on a hexagon with bevelled edges.

Forging the steel forms the grains in orientation to the cutting edge and tips, and is generally stronger than milling the steel

If you paint it red it can "stop" cars too

Lol! "CNC technology."
That's one way to say, "Forging dies are incredibly expensive, and I couldn't justify it for a low volume of sales."
It's not a bad thing, but don't try to spin machined parts as superior to forged for applications like this. This would be a perfect application for drop-forged components. I'm sure your drop hammer is good, too. Looks nice, but not revolutionary.

"It uses your core strength to keep your back straight" Is probably the best linešŸ¤£šŸ¤£. No bro, you do that yourself, not because you use the too

Surely the bro doesn't have a patent on cutting out a hexagon with a cnc lol. Also the process used to create the product is irrelevant to the end user. Just sales bs. Should make one with AI, itā€™ll sell more

I'm sorry in what world does being CNC cut make it beter than forged? Fuckin' train wheels are forged. You think they'd go through that process THEN cnc them anyways if using straight barstock was better??

Lol I challenge this with my axe head welded to a chunky metal pole. I inherited it from my dad who made it 40 years ago and it's still perfect.
