I totally agree - with the Buster Sword I could understand the interest, it's a nice reference for fans especially if your character has a FF7 skin, but this knife is just... weird.

I've said it once I'll say it again, the only reason buster blade universal heirloom works whereas artifact don't, is the fact that the former is a friggin FF7 collab item, people who plays and liked FF is bigger in terms of number compared to Apex, meaning players who like FF also played Apex will buy the buster blade, EA's & Respawn's execs are hella stupid to think that what made universal heirloom success is the universal heirloom and not because it's the friggin buster blade itself

I think every legend should have any heirloom, and the universal ones should exist as cheaper options that maybe don't have as much character, but they must be cheaper/easier to obtain if they don't have cool animations

Yes, also bloodhound and lifelineâs heirloom are now the only 2 with 1 is left I think. So I wouldnât mind their recolours so we can get more animations

They should create artifacts that you can add to character specific heirlooms so everybodyâs main can have a unique looking heirloom while still keeping the personality of character specific mythic items

every artifact should be a part of some huge collab where the weapon has history already. the buster sword works because itâs the goddamn buster sword. almost everyone has at least seen it before. this new one is just a random katar as far as i know
