For overhead athletes like volleyball players, this is an honest question: Do both shoulders always need equal attention?

Sure, bilateral exercises like pushes and pulls are balanced—and that’s fine. But when it comes to shoulder stability and “bulletproofing” work, I focus on the hitting arm.

Why?
👉 It’s the shoulder that takes all the abuse.
👉 The non-dominant arm rarely faces the same stress or risk.
👉 Time is precious—so I spend it where it matters most.

This approach has worked wonders for my players, but I’d love to hear your thoughts. Do you agree, or do you train both sides equally no matter what? Let’s discuss below! ⬇️
