I tried to stop smoking (green) when I went carnivore, literally couldn't do it, the sugar cravings were brutal, I kept on smoking and not exercising and focused on the carnivore side of things, been 5 months on carnivore and the benefits are there to see,
I stopped smoking cold turkey 3 weeks ago, the first 4 days were really bad but honestly, it took 3 weeks to get over the sugar cravings, how can sugar be harder to quit than literal drugs 😂 and it's because of that feeling and knowledge that keeps me away from all the cakes, sweets and other naughty temptations that are thrown in my face by society on a day to day basi

I never had any health issues. Went Carnivore to improve energy in order to keep up with my demand.
I first started out with my diet consisting of about 30-40% animals food and the rest being vegetables for about 5 years. I felt better, but I also cut down on things like sugar and other desserts.
I was still having some energy issues from time to time and that’s when I discovered the Carnivore Diet. Oh man, HUGE difference in energy levels.
After about 9 months on the diet of mainly eating beef, eggs, and some salmon, I decided to cut out eggs because sometimes I would feel bloated or not at 100% (more like 90%). I instantly felt another increase in energy levels. I’ve eaten eggs sunny-side up, hardboiled, scrambled and just raw yolk, but my body reacted all the same.
Most of the time, you don’t realize what food is causing the issue until you cut it out, while keeping everything else the same. I’ll miss my eggs, but I’ll gladly let go of those in order to feel 100% every single day.

Yep, my elderly parents went vegan and improved their health. But then my father made the claim that humans don't digest meat, eggs or dairy as well as they do plants, and I became skeptical.
It got me to educate myself enough to reject plants altogether and adopt a carnivore diet, so I'm glad for that. But, now my parents think I'm bonkers and I'm worried about the negative aspects of their vegan diet.

Ive been animal based for a while now since learning about carnivore and all my blood work came back and thank God everything was good. Cholesterol was a little higher but im not worried at all. Its because ive increased fats. I gained weight too but i feel like its more muscle mass so im ok with that
Id rather be healthy and strong than skinny.

I've followed you for a long time and I believe your right in a certain sense but I get physically ill everytime I eat meat. No matter what kind even grass Finished organic. I was vegetarian and lost a lot of weight and only feel normal on a vegetarian diet. I've tried carnivore for over a year it only makes me sick. I do take caffeine thats the only thing I can think that would upset my system

Anecdotes. Let me give you a counter anecdote. I'm better now since vegan even though I was eating what was considered "clean" on an omnivore diet, also never smoked and I drink one glass of wine once a month on special occasions. Why am I better now? Because I previously was deficient in certain vitamins without knowing it. Now I know much more about nutrition and I don't need meat to reach my daily vitamins and minerals requirements.

I can only speak for myself. Ii am a 50 years old male and eat primary Whole Foods vegetarian diet, and love it. It has improved my health. Better sleep, hair gums, nails, skin, immunity and sexual function. It has even improved my body order. All fruits and vegetables , nuts, seeds with free range eggs and cheese from pastured animals. I have never liked milk. Eliminated glyphosate and limited GMO as much as possible.

Yep. We all feel better not eating processed crap in the short term. The difference then between vegans and carnivores is, carnivores continue feeling better and better long term, whereas vegans begin to feel worse long term because they're depriving their bodies of essential nutrients and still eating things that cause damage, for example grains and legumes.

Thanks for these videos! 😎
Has research been done on the brain function of a person on a keto diet / carnivore diet vs. on a vegetarian diet?
I remember an old study comparing the fitness of people on a vegetarian diet in long-term sports performance versus those on a normal diet. People on a vegetarian diet did not cope as well as the comparetive group. They were weaker.

I love vegetables.
When my dad died I lost the will to eat meat. Went plant based for one year, eating meat (not red) once or twice a month, I was depressed all the time. Thought it was because of losing my dad. Mind you, I had a plethora of supplements, including vitamins B (activated complex) and D
One day I ate a huge, juicy steak, voila - depression lifted straight away.
I'm now mostly carnivore and happy 😁
