How is that fair ? North Macedonians never had a state before (They're just bulgarians with a dialect language, not even macedonians), Kosovars never had a state before, Lebanese never had a state before, Slovenians same thing. But they're independant because they have a distinct cultural identity. The same applies for Palestine.
