This is inspired by Xu Xin 's incredible ball control trick displayed in the Asia Table Tennis Trick Shot Challenge!

This is a nice trick to try especially in this Quarantine / lock down situation as a stress buster and also as ball control practice.

This is a trick you can do without a partner or even at home , without a table tennis table.

1. This is both a test, and a good practice for ball control, coordination and focus.
2. Good wrist control and hand eye coordination is a must for negotiating incoming balls.
3. This exercise is also good to improve wrist control and hand-eye coordination.
