All true but i think for natties, theres a modest limit to how much muscle you can hold on your frame. And according to some sports science phds on Peter Attila's channel, the thermogenic effect and added metabolic activity of having more muscle isnt big, nearly negligible compared to overall maintenance number of calories

Being overly muscular is unhealthy for your joints, athlethism and looks. Being moderatly muscular is the best gor everything.

You could also be fat and have a higher metabolism. So by your logic just get fat to have a high metabolic rate. Yea sure muscle is better than fat, but a lot of the problems you get from having too much fat you still get from having too much muscle
