People don't understand the basic economics of supply and demand. Poor Housing market, poor job market, high price of goods, all supply and demand issues

Fine, where that wont be litegated by the not in my back yard crowd.
My big issue is that my whole industry is in 3 areas and they are all crowded or i know my whole job will be fighting state governments.

Sounds great, doesn't work. You'll have a higher supply of houses, but the demands for an already scarce skilled labor will charge more, causing this to be virtually infective
