Hereâs the deal. When youâre in there fighting and about to get taken down itâs probably instinctual to grab the fence. EVERY fighter has eye poked, grabbed the fence, thrown an illegal strike. Yâall act like sometimes shit doesnât just happen.

99% of fighters do this. It's instinct to reach for balance and stability. If it was a brick wall he would still use the wall for balance and possibly push off of it.
