To much power in to small a gun creates more issues than it solves.
My little sister has a G48 top end on a G43 Frame ($90 + $20 for the mags). That does several things for you over the standard G43.
1. Increase concealability (Weight distribution and leverage reduces pistol butt wanting to ride out).
2. Increases sight radius.
3. Increases controlability.
4. You still have the option of running the G48 Frame and mags when wardrobe allows for more capacity and increased controlability.
PS Try a DB9 and you will appreciate how much worse 9mm can be in a small pistol.
