Yes. I am. And im changing it. But if im being honest i could be changing it faster. But ive woken up this year mentally, done a lot of self work and 'waking up' in regards to unhealthy relationships with family, friends, last relationship. The boyfriend and best friend at first were the hardest as they felt the closest. Then i realized where it started is the absolute hardest, my mom, which i didnt even realize was soooo bad until this last year... But oh my god they were horrible. And not just to me, but i was the insecure one pulling those people the closest to me and it DESTROYED ME. Took me over a year to mentally recover and i still dont think im there. Not fully. My mom luckily moved out of state and still has been making my life hell from across the country, but i can now TURN MY PHONE OFF. And ignore it. It also helps hold boundries with her. I got the other 2 ppl out of my life and they messed me up good so i also had to pull myself out of a real depression. Thought i had been there before... not like that.
