Me when I realize I’m like 60-70% of the way through my draft and somehow still haven’t found a place to slip in that my protagonist has blue hair shaved at the sides 😅 In my defence he’s a first person narrator and his clothing is much more interesting to him than his hair is because he has a very particular style but yeah gotta slip that in there somewhere

After a lot of math(like 15 minutes) i realised that Sirius Black was infact around 6'3 and not 5'9 like a majority of the fandom believes. He was musclier than Remus and thus couldn't be described as 'lanky' like Remus. On the other hand Remus was almost malnourished (and around 5'10) so he was described as lanky

Once I read a book that was set in a fictional country in a fictional time period so there were black and white photos, outdoor toilets, mostly no modern technology except for cameras, a 12 year old Queen and a prime minister and government. Some people spoke fancy victorian english and some people spoke slang that was a mix of cockney and roadman. I was very confused.

I was first introduced to Once on this Island by an elementary school cast so I imagined the characters were all white until I heard the original soundtrack and realized the whole thing takes place in the Caribbean. 😂

I read a book recently and, for the whole twenty something chapters, I never got a hair color. Random book clues say she had two colors and not blonde or black. I don’t know what to think 😭
