Eating is a pretty enjoyable experience within itself and we'd be pleasantly surprised by how obedient the mind is to the conditions we give it!

Great videos, but I worry they won’t been seen due to being 4 parts. If at all possible you should edit these down to 1 video

Hahaha I sat down (1) with a bowl of raisin bran (3), opened up YT, and learned immediately from these that I nailed 2/3 but sure failed the multitasking thing

Also, try to eat a little slower, it gives you time to notice you’ve eaten enough and are full. Like our elders, grandparents, they take their time eating meals, their dishes were smaller than what’s made now. Just because a plate or bowl is of larger size, doesn’t mean you have to fill it up. Start with a smaller portion rather then heaping portions, and stop when you feel like you’ve eaten enough, you can get a little more if your still hungry.
It’s so easy to inhale a whole bag of chips, trail mix, pistachios etc. mindlessly. Get into a habit of mindful eating, it can be very beneficial…

Great info but it would be better as a three minute (or whatever) video rather than 4 shorts
please?
