Thank you for the validation! I haven't slept good in like 4 days. Up & down all night. I have epilepsy, lack of sleep & stress causes mine. Since I haven't slept I'm hoping It doesn't trigger it. Yesterday I was very irritated, couldn't get my thoughts straight
