This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things youtube.com/post/UgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3H… , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.

I got mine a couple days ago. Used it yesterday and unlike my screaming festool tracksaw... this thing is quiet and gets more cutting done with slower rpm's. I was planning to keep my festool corded but I am selling it to get another Milwaukee to keep at the shop.

I’ve had the Festool corded track saw for a LONG time. I want a cordless track saw, the Festool is kinda of expensive and would be yet another set of batteries and charger to lug around, I have the Milwaukee M18 batteries, so I’ve been waiting to get this saw. Please do a review soon on it!

Just got mine today, can I ask you, did you have any issues putting the blade on? I got the bolt off, but cannot get the Flange off.

Snap with a finish chalk line, cut that line in half with practice. If all you do is build furniture with sheathing then table saw and track system. Otherwise you can cut perfect cuts free hand with time. Is was a wiggle cutter to start now can cut a fine line in half or to either edge all day long. Try it!
