I made an appointment to speak to a rep in menifee because of Covid An appointment is necessary. The person that I made the appt with was shocked that I did indeed have an appt at 2 (it was now 2:30 and she's been busy with another couple) and was leaving to show these previous people a home, leaving us with another woman to answer questions. There was an attitude that WE were an inconvenience and maybe lied or were confused about having an appointment. So we speak to the hand off lady who couldn't answer our questions. Lots of we can't answer, I don't know, the builder won't tell us. I'm coming to spend half a million dollars on a house and no one cares to answer our questions. With and attitude of "hurry up and get on the list but we can't tell you why, where, when, cost or details.... but hurry!!! Hurry, we are selling... but the builder isn't telling us what they are building or at what cost or how many of the plan you like...." ok- so there isn't inventory, I can't commit to a home, I can't know what anything costs or looks like. All I can do is write my name down and maybe someone will call in 4-6 months. We are pre-approved, ready to buy a house but we've been placed on a list to be called IF in the near future they decide to build a house on a lot that may or may not work for us.... what a joke.
