If it takes an employer 90 days to figure out if an employee is not up to scratch the employer is incompetent , is there equivalent rights for the employee to decide the employer is not up to scratch without consequences. I think not typical national scumbag bullying individuals by stealth. Lift the standards across the board . Make New Zealand corporate and workforce healthy equally.

She forgot they're also giving landlords retroactive tax breaks, which wasn't even campaigned on, and almost got away with allowing foreign investment in housing. The best part is that they're doing this... wait for it... to help rental affordability and job security! How they can say that with a straight face is beyond belief. Next, they'll be wondering why productivity has "mysteriously" dropped.

Last time national was in parliament i was on 15 dollars an hour and the employee turnover was ridiculous barely anyone lasted the 90 days its cheap labour because after the 90 days employers didnt hire the needed staff
