I remember the first time I heard this revelation of Hosea, I cryed, I mean I cryed big tears, It hurt my heart to thank that I had hurt God's Heart after all HE had done for me.... Thank you Father, Thank you Jesus, Thank you Hold Spirit.

This has touched me, and makes me understand how God loves us. Years ago I was one of those" God is love and love is love, God would never judge us, Christians are hypocrits, all roads lead to God " kind of person. I began reading the Bible, and now I understand God is righteous, which required justice and judgment on us. Which is why we need to be covered by Jesus. I might have become too focused on his judgment. I see now God does love us but I misunderstood. I wanted God to love me to make me feel good, I never considered God's feeling, Did I love in return, was I greatful? Now I know I hurt God when I turn away, now I know he loves enough to die for us, I know he suffers for us and with us . This is a deeper love than I could have imagined. I follow God not only out of fear of judgment, but out of gratitude and love.

I saw a Christian comedy sketch about unfaithfulness and then the Bible study that showed it had me read Hosea. I immediately saw that I was just like Gomer. So thankful that God will leave the 99 to find the lost sheep. It was me. Now, I’m off to help spread the Word. Thank you, LORD! Thank you for your precious Son!
