The market has shifted
BRR still works but it takes more capital
You will need typically £40k plus depending on location
So what I would do today with £10k is still aim for BRR coz own assets is generational wealth building
To top the £10k up into £40k I would do these steps
Educate myself…. I’d get paid education because when you pay you pay attention but not a £6k-£10k course. I’d spend £300-£2k
What I’d learn is how to find and sell deals (deal sourcing) & Find my goldmine location
I’d spend around £2k on marketing to help find deals
£1k on becoming compliant
The rest I’d keep as buffer incase thing don’t kick of as I hope (which often happens)
I’d then find someone to co-source with to sell my deals
(When you start out it’s harder to find investors with no social proof)
I would then document my action and learnings on line to start attracting my own investors
Then I’d take the money I’m earning from selling deals and put that into BRR
