This is just a demonstration of how a 3D printer runs on a UPS and what happens when the power fails.

I use standard offline UPSs around 1000VA.

In South Africa, there are plenty of outages and load shedding. This is due to the power provider not being able to supply enough power to run the country, so they switch of areas in a rolling manner for up to 4 hours at a time, and sometimes 2 or 3 times per day.

It is vital to run 3D printers on UPSs in South Africa...
