It may have been woke for the time, but that stuff that you played on the show was real stuff that was happening in the world. I'm hoping that this reboot isn't the delusional stuff that people are thinking. I'm sorry. Some people are thinking is really happening in this world. That isn't, that's just made up.
Little house on the prairie was one of the greatest shows ever. I'm really surprised That Melissa Gilbert would want to mess with that.

Pretty sure Megyn was referring to such remakes as .. The Little Mermaid and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. You know, where they change the original race, sexual orientation and such crap as that!! Sensitive topic from the he 70's and 80's do not equate to "woke" topics of today! Besides, it's insulting when originals are remade and made to fit in the nonsense narrative of today's "wokeness". Series like Little House were not "woke" they were simply awake to the issues of the times...very, very big difference...but then, I wouldn't expect those of you who don't know what a woman is to know the difference.

The difference was back then, topics like that were dealt with universal appeal. Today, it’s one side is happy and the other well can we punch them in the face? Yes, every media content has a message but it’s how you use it. If you are using it to make one side angry instead of being thought provoking, you are not doing your job. Look at Star Trek. That show was always woke but back then, everyone could get behind the message. Star Trek Discovery doesn’t do that anymore. So I see where Megyn is coming from.

Little house on the prairie was about an White American Family not a black one if they wanted to focus a show on a black American family there's like a trillion black shows from the 80's, 90's and 2000's they can do.
