How I see it??
1) biologically we are all the same in the base...you have a brain I have too so simple.
2) whatever difference is between a psychopath and a narcissist except the definition the real difference is of why it is there,the reason,which means how and why it has triggered that way(properly)to see that??
3) Finally you are a normal person and what ever is inside you and whatever is not is bounded of the law of predictability and unpredictability!
4)You have a psychopath and a narcissist inside you,if we don't see it at all is because simply it hasn't triggered properly and that actually means the opposite has triggered properly and we see that!So some people have both...soem people are chameleon but again in the top of the pyramid since we are neutral a negative or a positive should be the leader...the true leader (especially if it is completed)
