Listen closely to the arc sound that you hear off the start of the takeoff from parts 0:13 to 0:18; that's the turbo pressure increased to blow the soot out during the regen cycle but something is wrong with the regeneration system on 98. You can only hear the arc sound or the turbo whistling louder on takeoff. Our regen cycle is surging. It doesn't stay active the whole time floored, it makes our bus jerk a little and surge when it is active, which is not good. When the regen goes though its cycle, it is supposed to make the bus have more power than it has to blow the soot out (it takes off quicker and pulls stronger in regen cycle). In the end you can here our bus surge and jerk from parts 0:25 to 0:28 from the fail regen cycle which will sooner or later put the bus in stop engine or engine warn.
