Dr. I will do the 36 hr fast when i start my period. Thanks to ur previous video i learned that i need to wait till i start my cycle so at not to overstressed my body. You are the FIRST person i think of when i wanted to start fasting again ❤😊

I did the 36hr fast for a week and I lost 6:8lbs some months ago and I’ve started it again for the past 3 weeks and lost 15lbs and counting. I’m making it a part of my lifestyle now has it is very forgiving on the body even if you stop for two weeks and during that time I regain none of my weight!!❤❤❤

I accidentally did a 72-hour fast, OMAD the next 2 days, then another 72-hour fast. It was a fluke, I promise! I lost 13 pounds 😮 Now my journey to do IF on purpose and with wisdom. Menopause and stress have been kicking my butt. Now it's time to get my life back. 2.0

I actually started fasting on my cycle. Helps so much with cramps and bloating! My appetite is usually low, anyways, so it’s much easier.

I will be 7 days in the 36/12 this Friday, June 2nd. I've eaten keto in the 12-hour eating window. And have only lost .8 lbs. I don't think I'm going to lose 7 lbs by Saturday. But we shall see. I'm also walking 2 miles a day. Getting about 10,000 steps a day

She’s 100% right. I did OMAd innmy 20s & lost 30lbs but now in my 40s the IF only works when paired w/diet & exercise. When I do 36hr fasts & longer I’m bullet proof. Some days like social gathering it’s hard to say no to deliscious food. I find w/36hr & even longer fasts I have more freedom & still lose weight.

I did my ever first 36hrs fast. I had funny/strange feelings in my brain. Not dizzy, not ache not very bad feeling... I can't say what it is. And I felt like to sleep.. But not very sleepy..... However despite so much strange feelings.... I felt my stomach softer and I don't have much appetite....and no craving at all. I will eat for 24hrs and fast another 36hrs again.

In it right now. Had to stop last Week after 24h due to heavy headache. Now, with some salt under the tongue in the morning it is way more comfortable. Hope to finish to the full today

I am spending 2.5 weeks in Germany . It ends on Sunday. Fighting home on Sunday. I am gonna do a 36hr fast that day.

I just tried my first 48 hour fast that went into 62 hours last week. The 48hrs was scheduled to end right at bedtime so I went to sleep and broke it in the morning. I lost about 3lbs. I’m now doing a 36 hour fast this week and am going to try this 36:12 schedule out!
