Vegan Mexican Episode Four : Agua de Sandia y Limon

Start by getting a juicy watermelon . Look for a bright and big yellow spot on it the bigger the spot the better my friends !

You can use either seeded or unseeded it’s up to you today I used seeded and kept them in my drink . Cut your watermelon , add 6-7 cups water , 1/2 cup pure vegan sugar or more depending on your watermelon sweetness level .

Blend until you see foam this can take 3-5 minutes with a high speed blender . Today im using my@nutribullet which holds 64oz. Add 1-2 fresh limes into the blender and blend to combine for another 10 seconds. Add ice and enjoy!
