ummm that owner sent those dogs after that guy... the owner had zero reaction when they started running after him. Any owner whos dogs start rushing someone will flip out and chase. This guy looks like he deliberately sent the dogs after him.

I feel like my dog wouldn't hurt a flea but that doesn't give me the right to not walk her on a leash. She's big, intimidating, sweet but protective which is why I don't try and read her mind and assume she won't bite especially if she feels I'm in danger.
