음 어.. 저도 40대인데 군입대 할 때 몸이 저랬었는데..52kg 그리고 훈련소 4주차에 65kg 됐음. 겨울 군번이었고, 한 달간 먹기만 하고 싸지도 않다가 한 달 지나서 처음으로 큰 일 봄, 6주 훈련 끝나고 자대 배치 받은 후에 57kg 다시 내려옴 현재 체중은 63kg
