Ma perché ne parliamo? Perché vi ho aggiunto la versione 5.5 nel corso Quattro Tiramisù dello Chef (vegani, ovviamente).

Sono passati tanti anni dalla versione 1.0 (a pensarci sembra ieri ma è già passato un lustro).
Questa versione 5.5 è quella che ho usato per gli eventi in presenza a Riva San Vitale.
Nell'attesa ti tornare in presenza (speriamo prestissimo), ora tocca a te: fai cappottare i tuoi ospiti con il tiramisù vegan migliore del mondo.
