* 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken thighs
* ½ tbsp sake
* ¼ cup dashi
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp mirin

U can mix the yoke in the white you just mix it 70% of the way. There is no aesthetic nor flavour improvement from what you did.
